The heating mat in combination with the greenhouses offers the ideal conditions for a successful cultivation and culture of plants. This is especially true for plants in need of warmth. The plastic mat is insulated and acid-resistant. It is well suited as a heater for indoor greenhouses as well as for use in terrariums. The heating mat gives off a constant heat, so the internal temperature in the greenhouse should be checked regularly. The temperature can be controlled via the sliders in the cover or by briefly removing the cover. If necessary, the heat output can also be controlled with the help of a timer.

Important

The heating mat is placed under the greenhouse. It ensures an even temperature distribution of 22-25 °C at normal room temperature (not in a cold cellar or outdoor greenhouse!).

The heating mat is not designed to compensate for extreme temperature differences, as the internal temperature of the propagation house is influenced by the ambient temperature. The propagator with heating mat should be placed in a bright location - e.g. on a window sill - as plant growth is also influenced by the light factor.

Please note

Do not cut, fold or bend the heating mat and do not drill holes in it.
Do not use the heating mat if the PVC cover is broken, has cracks or deep scratches or if the power cable or plug is damaged.
Do not use the heating pad as a heating pad for people or animals.
Do not cover the heating pad with textiles or other heat-sensitive materials during operation.
Keep heating pad away from children - not a toy.
The PVC cover makes the heating mat splash-proof, but it is not suitable for use under water (e.g. in an aquarium).
