Flowering and Pollination
The flowering of the plants starts very fast and when they start to flower, they do it for the entire season. However, the first blooms usually get repelled by the plant – so don´t worry if your plant doesn´t provide fruits immediately. A few types of chilis self-pollinate, others need help with the pollination: for this procedure you can use a brush with whom you can easily wipe the polls to the seal of the plant.
If you want to use seeds from your harvest for the upcoming seeding of the following year, you should pay attention to use different brushes for each type of chili to not cross the different chili varieties.
