The AC Infinity THERMOFORGE S7 is a powerful 1000 W heater for grow boxes and indoor grow rooms, specially designed for precise and flexible climate control. Ten different heat settings, modern PTC heating elements with PWM control and a variable air duct system allow you to tailor the heat output precisely to the conditions in your grow area.

In addition to standard heating mode, the THERMOFORGE S7 can also be used in fan mode to supply fresh air. Two 10.2 cm air duct connections allow you to direct air precisely into your grow area or set up a closed-loop system for more efficient heat utilisation.

When used with compatible AC Infinity UIS controllers, additional options for automated climate and VPD control, as well as app functions, data logging and alerts, are available.

1000 W heating power for grow boxes and grow rooms

Falling temperatures can impair plant growth whilst also altering the relationship between temperature and humidity. With a maximum power consumption of 1000 watts, the THERMOFORGE S7 offers sufficient capacity to provide targeted heating for controlled indoor grow areas.

Rather than simply switching between on and off, the heater offers 10 genuine power settings. This allows the heat generated to be adjusted much more precisely to actual requirements.

This is particularly useful when conditions change between light and dark periods or during different growth stages.

10 genuine heating levels with PTC and PWM technology

Inside the THERMOFORGE S7, individual PTC heating plates operate, controlled via a PWM system.

This provides you with 10 heating levels, allowing the heat output to be adjusted in increments. This enables more precise temperature control than with simple heaters that have only a few power settings.

PTC heating elements are also known for their self-regulating thermal properties, making them particularly well-suited to controlled heating systems.

Heating or supplying fresh air

The THERMOFORGE S7 can do more than just heat. In addition to the heating mode, a separate fan mode is available.

This allows you to switch between warm air and fresh air supply depending on the current conditions. If it gets too cold, the unit helps to warm the grow area. If, on the other hand, fresh air is required, the airflow can be utilised even without active heating.

This combination makes the S7 a flexible addition to your existing climate control system.

Two air duct connections for flexible installations

A special feature of the THERMOFORGE S7 is its two air duct connections, each with a diameter of 10.2 cm.

This allows for different installation options. For example, you can feed the heated air directly into your grow box via an air hose, or integrate the unit into a closed-loop system.

In a closed-loop system, air can be drawn in from the grow area, heated and recirculated. This allows existing heat to be utilised more efficiently.

Alternatively, the unit can draw in fresh air and transport it into the grow area.

Suitable air hoses are not included in the scope of delivery.

Smart control via the AC Infinity UIS system

The THERMOFORGE S7 can be connected to compatible AC Infinity UIS controllers and thus integrated into an automated grow system.

Depending on the controller used, advanced functions are available, such as:

• Control and monitoring via the AC Infinity app

With a Wi-Fi-enabled UIS controller, you can also monitor and configure your climate system via the AC Infinity app.

Designed for safe operation

Safety plays a particularly important role in a high-performance heater. The THERMOFORGE S7 therefore features various integrated safety functions.

These include tilt protection alarms, flame-retardant materials and overheating protection with automatic restart. The safety design is also ETL-certified.

The heater is intended exclusively for use indoors and in controlled environments.

Important information regarding humidity

Unlike many other devices used in growing environments, the THERMOFORGE S7 requires comparatively controlled humidity conditions.

The permissible range is 30 to 65 per cent relative humidity. This also applies explicitly to the air drawn in by the heater.

The unit should therefore not be used in very humid environments.

Particularly important: In a closed-loop system, the THERMOFORGE S7 must not be operated in conjunction with a humidifier. Moisture can enter the heater via the intake air and cause damage.

Safety instructions regarding the electrical connection

Due to the high power consumption of up to 1000 W, the heater must only be connected in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

The THERMOFORGE S7 must be connected directly to a earthed wall socket with surge protection.

Do not use with:

• extension leads
• multi-socket adaptors or power strips
• a socket that is already loaded with other appliances

Unsuitable electrical connections can overheat under high load and pose a safety risk.
