How to use Neudorff Terra Preta® Soil Improver correctly

Suitable for year-round use:

You can apply Terra Preta® Soil Improver all year round – with complete flexibility, depending on your needs and soil conditions.

For new beds or lawns:

• Spread 500 g/m² evenly by hand or using a spreader
• Then work the soil improver into the top 10 cm of soil

For existing lawns:

• Spread 100–150 g/m² evenly once a year (by hand or using a spreader)
• Then water thoroughly to ensure the product works to its full potential
• For heavily compacted or sandy soils, you can also double the amount
• Ideal time: spring

For vegetable beds, fruit bushes & ornamental plants:

• Spread 100–150 g/m² around the plants once a year and work it in lightly
• In very poor soils, the application rate may also be doubled here
• Best time: spring, before new growth or sowing

For homemade potting soil:

• Mix up to 500 g into 100 L of soil – ideal for raised beds, planters or new plantings
