All our orders will be shipped via DHL at economy-priced shipping charges worldwide.
Your complete order total including shipping fees, custom dues and taxes will be visible during the checkout process.

  • The packaging is neutral and does not close on the content.
  • An invoice is sent by email, a delivery note is enclosed in the package.

  • We ship orders daily from Monday to Friday.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over 150€ for the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands,
    Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Austria. Orders under 150€ cost 9,90€ per package up to 31,5 kg

  • Shipping to other countries is divided into different shipping zones, the shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

Damaged packages must be documented instantly in presence of the delivery man. In order to settle possible claims you will need a signed "receipt of a damaged package" from the delivery service. Please take a photo of the damaged package for better documentation.

Shipping costs outside the EU:

The shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the goods ordered. The items are assigned to different shipping groups and given a weight. In this way, the shop automatically calculates the shipping costs. The shipping costs are also divided into different country groups.
