SANlight RJ12 Adapter for EVO & STIXX – Compatible with AC Infinity and TrolMaster

With the SANlight RJ12 adapter, you can connect compatible SANlight EVO grow lights and STIXX drivers to external lighting controllers and dim them via these controllers. The adapter establishes the connection between the waterproof SANlight dimmer socket and an RJ12 socket, thereby enabling the integration of SANlight lighting into various external control systems.

In addition to TrolMaster, SANlight explicitly lists controllers from AC Infinity, VIVOSUN and Spider Farmer, as well as comparable control systems, as compatible.

This makes the adapter a practical solution if you wish to control your SANlight LEDs centrally via a compatible grow controller rather than using a single SANlight dimmer.

Dimming SANlight EVO & STIXX with an external controller

The adapter is designed for the SANlight EVO series and the STIXX series. For the EVO series, it is connected directly to the luminaire’s dimmer socket; for the STIXX series, the connection is made via the corresponding STIXX driver.

On the controller side, there is an RJ12 connector.

The adapter thus enables connection to compatible control systems such as:

• similar controllers with a suitable RJ12 connection

This allows you to regulate the light intensity of your compatible SANlight lighting via an external control system.

From Wieland RST20i3 to RJ12

SANlight uses a robust and waterproof Wieland RST20i3 connector for the dimmer connection on the EVO and STIXX series.

The SANlight RJ12 adapter provides the transition to the RJ12 connector used by various external controllers:

This eliminates the need to make your own adapter cables or modify the existing cabling.

Important: Whilst the Wieland connection on the SANlight side is waterproof, the RJ12 connection is not protected in the same way, according to the manufacturer. This should be taken into account when installing and positioning the cable.

One adapter required per light

A separate adapter cable is required for each individually connected SANlight EVO light or corresponding STIXX driver.

For example, if you wish to control four SANlight EVO grow lights via a compatible controller, you will need four SANlight RJ12 adapters.

Depending on the controller used and the configuration of your lighting system, additional components such as Y-splitters or extension adaptors may also be required.

These components are not included with the SANlight RJ12 adaptor and must be purchased separately to suit the control system being used.

Ideal for centrally controlled grow set-ups

The RJ12 adapter is particularly useful for growers who wish to control several components of their indoor grow via a central control system.

Instead of adjusting the light output directly on each individual grow lamp, compatible SANlight lighting can be integrated into a higher-level controller system.
