CANNA Aqua Vega is a 2-component fertiliser and has been specially developed to support the needs of the plant in the growth phase. It is an excellent fertiliser that has been specially optimised for recirculating hydro systems such as the GHE AeroFlo & Waterfarm, NFT and Ebb & Flood systems. By circulating the water, the nutrients are recycled. Less water and nutrients are needed overall and there is no need for runoff. All this makes the system extremely environmentally friendly. CANNA Aqua Vega contains silicic, humic and fulvic acids that occur naturally in the soil. Added to this is a brown algae extract rich in trace elements, amino acids and vitamins. Due to the production methods used, this extract has the property of forming a semi-permeable membrane around the roots, which improves the plant's absorption of water and nutrients. In this way, perfect resistance and excellent growth are guaranteed!
Usage
- Shake bottle well before use.
- Fill the nutrient solution container with water.
- Add Aqua Vega to the nutrient solution container in a ratio of 1:500 (200 ml A and 200 ml B per 100 litres of water). First add Aqua Vega A to the nutrient solution tank. Stir well and then add Aqua Vega B. Then stir well again and let the mixture stand for a few hours.
- The EC of the solution dissolved in (tap) water is 1.1 - 1.9 mS (= EC of the solution and the EC of the water).
- Recommended pH value: 5.2 - 6.2 . Due to the special composition of the food, the pH value does not need to be adjusted afterwards.
- Use during the growth phase and the first 1-3 weeks of the flowering phase.
- Switch to Aqua Flores from the time of flowering. (From 1 à 3 weeks with a lighting time of 12 hours or when the pH of the circulating water drops below 5.0 - 5.2).
- The food should be renewed regularly.

Important note
NEVER mix A and B components together undiluted. This produces insoluble compounds that cannot be absorbed by the plant. Store the fertiliser protected from frost in a dark, safe place. (UV light can decompose the iron chelates present in the nutrient solution).
Hydroponics in the growing phase
In hydroponics in a recirculating system, your plant absorbs the nutrients directly from the nutrient water. Aqua Vega contains directly absorbable nitrogen compounds, high-quality EDDHA iron chelates and trace elements. With Aqua Vega, the plant always has the right nutrients for optimal growth in hydro cultivation. For flowering and fruiting, use Aqua Flores.
Self-regulating pH value
The composition of the nutrient water changes during cultivation. This affects the pH value of the feed water. With Aqua Vega, the pH value remains between 5.2 and 6.2 (see graph below). Only when the roots take root can this value be exceeded for a short time. This means that you do not have to adjust the pH during cultivation, as is the case with other plant nutrients, and that makes this complex cultivation method a little easier.
